Applicant must be enrolled in school full time or working at least 30 hours per week.
What does the Pregnant Woman's Program Provide?
- Workshops and one-on-one sessions, as well as education of what to do at the different stages of pregnancy.
- FREE quality care for your child, so that you can continue to work and/or go to school.
- Free diapers, formula, and food for your baby.
- Priority given to placement in Early Head Start with completion of program.
TO APPLY:
- Proof of pregnancy from a medical source.
- Proof of enrollment in school (full time/part time) or proof of employment (full time/part time) or a combination of both.
- Income documentation for the past 12 months.
- Eligibility based on income.
DOCUMENTATION EXAMPLES:
- Pay Stubs (for all working members in the household) Must be within 30 days of the appointment.
